YOGA FOR WELL-BEING

Everyone knows yoga is good for your health. When yoga is specialized, it can also help with a multitude of health issues, including:
Chronic pain, Mobility issues, Balance issues, Impaired Coordination/ Motor skills, Chronic Illness/Autoimmune Disease, Injuries, Chronic Anxiety/Stress , Depression/PTSD and CNS disorders
Yoga for Well-Being is specific combination of movement, breath-work and meditation to help address these issues. Private yoga sessions, workshops and yoga series are designed and personalized to create a way for the body to heal, accommodate or manage pain.

Yoga for Well-being is a specific combination of postures, movement, breath-work and meditation to help address an individual's physical, mental and emotional needs Lessons are designed and personalized to utilize yoga in a therapeutic way. It is beneficial for all age groups. 

Classes are Monday and Friday from 9-10 am at Heart of Yoga Salisbury
